Used in aromatherapy topically to relieve joint and muscle pain but also for the relief of digestive discomfort and cold.

The smell of rosemary is fine, spicy and fresh.

This bush (which can measure up to 2 meters high and which is one of the famous “Herbes de Provence”) is one of the aromatic plants most frequently grown in France, particularly on scrubland and heaths.

This essential oil is EOBBD (Essential Oil Botanically and Biochemically Defined).

This product may not be suitable for you. Always read the label and follow the directions. 

Adults ≥ 18 years: Not for oral use. For occasional use only.

Dilution of essential oil: Mix 2 to 8   drops with 5 ml of vegetable oil.

Local application: Apply diluted oil to targeted area up to 3 times per day.

Body massage: Apply the diluted essential oil once per day. Do not use essential oil undiluted directly on the skin.

Equivalence: 1ml --> 34 drops.

Keep out of reach and sight of children. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Avoid exposure of applied area(s) to the sun. If accidental ingestion occurs, seek urgent medical attention or contact a Poison Control Center. Consult a health care practitioner, if you have epilepsy or asthma, or if symptoms persist or worsen.

Contraindications:  If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have broken, irritated, or sensitive skin, do not use this product.

Known adverse reaction: If you experience nausea, dizziness, headache or an allergic reaction, discontinue use. Store away from light, air and heat.
